Technical and organisational structures have to meet the challenge of market-based objectives such as punctuality, improved and more comprehensive services, safety and a competitive cost/performance ratio. All this takes place in a heterogeneous environment, an environment that often does not possess efficient process structures, or does not support the organisational, process-oriented structures with an appropriate IT solution. |
