InnoTrans 2010: A Look Back on Success24. Oct. 10: The InnoTrans in Berlin is the world's largest trade fair for the transportation sector. Since 1996, the event has taken place bi-annually and has continually grown with every occurrence. Qnamic was present at the event now for the fourth time in a row and experienced the most successful InnoTrans so far. Never before were so many high-ranking guests from all over the world at our booth to learn about our new concept Integrated Planning & Qommunication". Over the past years, Qnamic has established itself as an important cornerstone of the show. Our unique and inviting approach is a highlight in Innovation, Nature, Culture and of course making our software a material object for our guests. This year, we chose to unite software and art to give our guests a better understanding of what we do. The result of the endeavour was the exhibit "Talking Heads": A large table displaying six human-like faces and six netbooks. The heads (locomotive drivers and planners) spoke to one another and interacted with the net books displaying their everyday routine. The exhibit became an immediate eye-catcher. Charlotte Wittmer was also present to lighten the hearts of all those nearby with Swiss Yodelling and also put on a theatrical piece with the talking heads: Human and human-like interaction. This year, we invited customers and partners to hold presentations on the development of the railway market. The speeches, which were given on Wednesday through Friday at lunchtime, attracted an audience that completely filled the stand for the entire duration.
